This Piano and Bench set of salt and pepper shakers are in excellent condition. They are a carmel color with the circled-C and NEC molded into the back of the piano. They've been part of a fifty-year-old stored collection and have no chips, cracks or aging marks. The piano is 1.5 x 2.5 x 2.5" high, the bench is about 1.0 x 1.5 x 1.5" high.
Ceramic Arts Studio Wee Dutch Boy and Girl salt and pepper shakers are in excellent condition. They have been part of a stored collection that started in the early 50s and have no cracks, chips or visible aging. They are off-white with light blue, yellow and coral and both have the Ceramic Arts Studio stamp on the bottom. He measures 1.0 x 1.25 x 2.75" high, she is approximately 1.5 x 1.5 x 3.0" high.
These salt and pepper shaker barrels are not marked in any way but have been part of a collection that dates back to the 50s. They have the original corks and no cracks, chips or visible signs of aging. They measure 2.25" high and the overall width is 2.0", including the side-seated cork. They are really a turquois color with gold metalic painted bands. (I have no idea why the other pics faded out the color and will be replacing those pics soon!)
This Chief and Squaw salt and pepper shakers pair is a nicely painted set marked 'Occupied Japan'. They're approximately the same sizes, 1.75 x 1.75 x 3.0" high. They have been stored in a personal collection that dates back to the 50s. There are no cracks or chips but there appears to be a scuff mark on the very tip of the squaw's nose and perhaps on her hair near her right ear. (See photos)
This Tennis Ball and Racket salt and pepper shaker set is unmarked and has no corks. The ball measures 1.5" in diameter and is white with 'gold stitching'. The racket is a goldenrod color with a red handle and some gold metalic and black trim. The racket is 2.75 x 4.25 x 5/8" high. It comes from a personal stored collection that goes back to the 50's, there are no cracks or chips but some crazing is visible.
This Baseball Glove and Ball set of salt and pepper shakers is part of a collection dating back to the 50's, although there are no markings on this set. The glove is a carmel color, measures 3.25 x 4.0 x 1.5" high and does have a cork (stratigically placed at the side!). The ball is 1.5" in diameter and has no cork. It is painted only off-white but does have 'stitching' molded into it that may not show in the picture. There are no cracks, chips or obvious aging.
This Spinning Wheel and Bench salt and pepper shaker set is not marked in any way but have been part of a stored collection that was started over fifty years ago. The wheel is carmel and black, measures 1.5 x 3.25 x 3.5" high. The bench is also a carmel color and measures 1.25 x 1.25 x 1.25". There are no visible cracks, chips or signs of aging.
This Flower and Bee set of salt and pepper shakers are not marked in any way but have been part of a stored collection dating back to the 50s. The flower is lavender, yellow and burgundy and measures approximately 2.75 x 1.25" high. The Bee is yellow with grayish-green and black and measures 2.75 x 2.5 x 1.5" high. There are no cracks or chips, however the flower has what looks like a chip glued on and painted over with darker paint (?) and the bee has two odd/baked-in paint marks.
This Clown and Drum salt and pepper shaker set is marked 'Japan' and has the original corks. The Clown is painted white, burgundy, lavender, green, yellow and black. He measures 2.0 x 3.25 x 3.0" high and sits next to the upright drum. The drum is white with gray and black and measures 1.25 x 2.75 x 2.5" high. The set has been part of a stored collection for over fifty years, there are no visible cracks or chips. There is obvious crazing on the face of the drum, not so much on the clown.

The Victorian Boy and Girl salt and pepper shakers are both marked Japan and have the original corks. She is 1.75 x 2.25 2.75" high and painted in off-white, light yellow, burgundy, blue and green. He is 1.5 x 1.5 x 3.25" high and is painted with a dark green jacket carrying flowers and a black top hat. They have been part of a stored collection that dates back to the 50s, there are no cracks or chips but there is visible crazing.
This Clown on a Drum salt and pepper shaker set is in great shape. The clown is marked 'Japan', the drum is marked with a circled-T and 'Occupied Japan', they have the original corks. The clown measures 2.0 x 3.0" x 2.25" high with his feet up. He is off-white with blue, bright green, burgundy and brown and can sit alongside or on top of the drum. The drum is a carmel color and has an S on the front/top of it. They've been part of a fifty-year collection and show no visible cracks or chips and little if any aging.
These Outhouse salt and pepper shakers are in great shape! They are off-white with brown and have a half-moon molded into the back. They measure approximately 1.25" square and 2.5" high, each have corks. There are no other markings but are from a personal collection that dates back to the 50s. No visible cracks, chips or signs of age.
Ceramic Arts Studio Fox and Goose salt and pepper shakers are in excellent condition and aren't those expressions great! The fox is a sturdy 3.0 x 5.0 x 3.0" high in shades of carmel with off-white. The duck is 1.5 x 2.5 x 2.25" high, off-white with black and golden-orange feet and beak. They are stamped, have been part of a stored collection and show no signs of wear, damage or age.
Feet, two of them, bright shiny white with red toe polish. These salt and pepper shakers have been stored with a collection that dates back to the 50s and are stamped C.C.Co with a circled-C and have no visible cracks, chips or signs of age. They measure 2.0 x 2.75 x 1.25 high.
Ceramic Arts Studio Asian Children salt and pepper shakers are an off-white with lime, yellow, coral and black trim. He measures 2.0 x 2.0 x 4.5" high, she is 1.5 x 1.5 x 4.0" high. They are in excellent condition and are each stamped 'Ceramic Arts Studio, Madison Wis' including 'BH' for the designer, Betty Harrington. They've been stored in a personal collection that dates back to the 50s.
Ceramic Arts Studio Siamese Cat and Kitten are a beautiful pair of salt and pepper shakers in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or signs of age. They are each stamped on the bottom and are a grayish/beige to grayish/brown in color with blue eyes. The cat is approximately 2.0 x 2.0 and 4.25" high, the kitten is 1.5 x 2.0 x 3.0" high. Very nice!!
Ceramic Arts Studio Calico Cat and Gingham Dog salt and pepper shakers are a yellow/beige with dusty blue and coral and are both stamped Ceramic Arts Studio, Madison Wis. The cat is 1.5 x 2.0 x 2.75" high and in excellent condition. The dog is 2.0 x 2.25 x 3" high and is also in excellent condition except for a teeny-tiny scrape on the front of each ear near the fold (see photo/zoom).
Boy and Girl Cats salt and pepper shakers are stamped 'Japan' and one also has a handwritten N620. They measure about 2.0 x 2.0", he is 2.25" high and she is 2.75". From a collection that started over fifty years ago, they have the original corks and are very colorful. There are no cracks or chips but there is visible crazing, more on one than the other.
This pair of Butterflies salt and pepper shakers are basically identical and measure roughly 2.5 x 2.5 x 3.5" high and are stamped 'Japan'. They are quite colorful with Yellow, dark green, pinks and black. They've been held in a fifty-year-old collection and have the original corks. They're in great condition, no chips or cracks. One of the butterflies does show some crazing on the wing (it looks rather natural, though!)
